Cleveland Digital Vision is an Ohio nonprofit corporation, with a Board of Directors elected by our member groups at an Annual Membership Meeting. Our financial administration is currently performed by the Cleveland United Labor Agency, acting as our fiscal agent. Our 2006 budget of approximately $50,000 comes primarily from grants by the Adelphia/Cleveland City Council Neighborhood Technology Fund and income from program activities and membership dues. We also receive substantial in-kind support from Cleveland's United Labor Agency, where our office is located. Cleveland Digital Vision is an organization of organizations. Any Cleveland nonprofit organization, business, labor union, educational institution or governmental entity that supports the purpose statement in our Code of Regulations is welcome to join.
