Opening Plenary:
City Council President Frank Jackson (left) and Mayor Jane Campbell (right) were among the speakers at Digital Vision's second citywide gathering. Also speaking to the 120 attendees at the morning plenary session: City Development Chief Tim Mueller; Dr. Kenan Jarboe of the Athena Alliance; and John Horrigan of the Pew Internet and American Life Project.

The afternoon featured three extended "Community Strategy Workshops" to explore specific, practical ways that neighborhoods can use computer and Internet technologies to create new opportunities for businesses and residents.
